Next Adventure: Cape Cod Bike & Hike - April 25-27
From Mr. McLaughlin:
For April camping trip will be doing a biking/hiking/fishing trip to Cape Cod.
We will be going April 25-27, Friday evening to Sunday morning. We will be camping at
Nickerson State Park which is on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, there is a pond in the
camp ground for fishing and we are also near the ocean for those that would want
fish in salt water. We will also be able to do some hiking for those that would want
to do that in addtion to, or instead of biking. More details will follow at next weeks
meeting 3/11. I have done this trip in the past and everyone always has a great weekend.
Cape Cod Handout
Pawtuckaway State Park: May 16-18
This is our late spring "Waterfront Camping" experience, which is always a favorite. This year we will be at
Pawtuckaway State Park.
There will be opportunities for boating and fishing,
though it will probably be cold for swimming! The hiking trails in the area go through some very
interesting glacial erratics and forests.
